How do you often sabotage the peace in your life with your own actions.
This Week: Silence (a.k.a. Shut Yo Mouth)
- Pick a day be silent for a while.
- Silence is dictated by the rule of only speaking what love requires.
- Pick a Time Period:
- 4, 8, or 12 hours.
- During this time do your best to not react. Peacekeeping is an internal transformation first.
- Report to someone who your time of silence and non-reactivity went.
